Supports a wide range of HR specialties, including employee relations, performance & talent management, learning and development programs as well as program and policy development. Responsible for the overall operation and administration of the Culture and Production Lab activities including, but not limited to safety, quality, delivery, productivity and continuous improvement. Oversees the performance standard of biological and microbiological incubation tests in the culture laboratory to assure customer test feedback in an accurate and timely fashion, and compliance with all applicable regulations.
