As I grew up on a small family farm working for my dad who worked along side his dad, I have a good understanding of the importance of leadership and communication in running a business and maintaining a good work/personal life balance. I also have a high work ethic, respect for other people's opinions and know the importance of listening, absorbing and understanding information in order to provide the best customer experience. While developing and maintaining business and personal relationships within my community. I truly enjoy supporting my community by volunteering for various Churches or community events and helping various non-profit organizations.
