•Remote position - contracted for 3 - 6 months to work in hiring around 500 talents for Q1/Q2.• Works in applicant tracking system (UltiPro and iCims) on daily basis to process candidates’ hiring requirements• Assigned to run candidates’ I-9 and eVerify on weekly basis complying with the rules and uploads the complete form to candidates’ profiles in the ATS• Runs and thoroughly reviews background test results for candidates and escalating them to the Talent Acquisition leadership team for any red flags• Uses applicant tracking system (Smart Sheet) to maintain and monitor the records of the candidate process• Drafts / sends offer letters to send to candidates to begin the onboarding process• Communicates recruiting activities to the recruiter and hiring manager• Runs Lexis Nexis report of candidates• Collaborates with IT/HR by ensuring all new hires have a smooth onboarding process• Schedules video/phone screens interviews between candidates and hiring managers• Runs i9 and eVerify confirmations
