Compile, analyze and review financial reports, consistent according to GAAP. Month and year-end processing: post accruals, reconcile company accounts and balance sheet accounts. Work with outside public accounting firm to prepare annual taxes. Manage month-end close activities, which include journal entries, prepare account reconciliation and prepare and analyze data reports. Maintain general ledger, chart of accounts, bank reconciliations. Supervise Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable to ensure proper processing and controls are implemented, review procedures to ensure efficiency and accuracy in processes.
