About Marilyn Moss

I have been in the health and fitness industry for more than 20 years. I started my career as the Director or Exercise at the world famous Pritikin Longevity Center in Miami, FL. While at Pritikin I developed and implemented programs on subjects including cardiovascular fitness, heart disease and relaxation techniques, and working with dieticians and psycologists to deliver safe and effective programs for participants.After leaving Pritikin I moved to Tampa and started LeanBody. I established LeanBody as a Wellness and Personal Training company. It provided personalized fitness programs and developed workshops and seminars on a variety of subjects including avoiding workplace injuries, preventing low back problems and carpal tunnel syndrome, weight loss, using food as fuel and how to eat properly.
