I came to Huntley Ridge Apartments when it was in distress from the previous Manager. Within my first year while working closely with the Owners, I have gotten the collections coming in a timely manner, reducing the turnover cost and Legal fees. I managed to get billing under control to sub-contractors, along with overseeing the complete rehab of units. Got all building up to fire code. Along with Collections, reducing cost in maintenance materials, approving and signing off on all invoices. Construct and organize contractors and building supplies for the complex and projects to be done. Since then, I have become Matt right hand person. I have overseen a total of 9 properties and a staff of 10 to ensure spending was reduced and profit margin is increased.

As a Property Manager for on the Northwest side, my daily schedule consists of scheduling, dealing with all aspects of the legal system within the complex. Accounting, filing, payroll, data entry, setting task, evictions, collections, and setting goals for our employees, sub-contractors for jobs. Handling all customer service complaints. I am very capable of multi-tasking without problems. Frequent conference calls with owners to discuss Budget / P&L. Was able to take an occupancy of 46% to 85% within first year we are running at 96 percent.

I overseen several large apartment complexes. Along with traveling between the complexes, I train and gave directions to our Residents Managers to assure the method of service to our customers and residents. My daily schedule consists of scheduling, Dealing with all aspects of the legal system within the complex. Hiring & dismissal. Along with performing employee performance review, raises, ordering. Accounting, filing, payroll, data entry, setting task, evictions, Collections from all properties, and set goals for our employees, sub-contractors. Handling all customer service complaints that our managers are unable to re-solve. Deposit / banking. I also was entrusted with the owner’s personal properties and leasing in the Mason area.
