Provide safe, fun, and inclusive programming for children and adults with an extremely diverse range of abilities. As a Head Instructor, additional responsibilities include planning and organizing new programming, as well as supporting other staff members.

- Implemented programming for children’s reading and literacy while living in an isolated Indigenous community in Northern Ontario. This included the creation and delivery of daily lesson plans designed to improve literacy and STEM skills and mitigate the education gap among children living on reserves.- Worked closely with then Chief Stan Beardy, gaining a more wholistic understanding of the workings of the community and the issues facing its members.- Applied strong interpersonal skills by participating in frequent community events in order to build meaningful relationships with families and community members beyond the program participants.- Acted as a liaison between Frontier College head office, participants, parents, and community members in order to ensure programming met the needs of participants and all team members involved.- Organized and maintained weekly logs of participants’ literacy advancements in order to track and demonstrate their progress to parents, superiors, and program stakeholders and funders.- Maintained weekly budgeting plans and reports for the program in order to ensure that funds were being used effectively and responsibly.
