• BMO Spend Dynamics program administrationo Maintaining administration for both Purchasing Cardholders and Out of Pocket accounts (approximately 400 and 700 accounts respectively)o Processing issuance / removal / changes for staff access to the systemo Follow up on issues of non-compliance, declined transactions with corresponding corrective action as requiredo Completion of monthly data extract from BMO Spend Dynamics for both PCard and Out-of-Pocket activityo Verification of corresponding extract data, process required adjustments prior to upload into PowerSchool / Atrieve Financial system.o Offer customer service and support to staff members regarding BMO Spend Dynamics including preparation of training documents and online meetingso Preparation of ad hoc reports and analysis of data as available from the systemo Compilation of annual listing for P-Cardholders and Out of Pocket accounts for verification with schools and departmentso Responsible for coordinating accounts payable operationso Identify and implement process improvementso Process monthly utility interfaces uploads into Atrieve ERP systemo Work collaboratively with Procuremento Team member in coordinating and presenting regular training to School Administrative Assistants regarding Accounts Payable and BMO Spend Dynamics
