Compliance:Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.Collaborate with auditors and assist in the preparation of audit schedules.5. Team Leadership:Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, providing guidance and support.Conduct training sessions to enhance the team's technical skills and knowledge.6. Process Improvement:Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance accounting processes.Implement best practices to improve the efficiency of financial operations.
