About Marilyn Marchetti

I have over 30 years of experience with ESOP companies. This experience includes the design and development of numerous solutions for complex ESOP transactions. The first 20 years of my career has been as a partner in major Chicago law firms specializing in ESOP transactional work for both public and private companies. I have authored numerous articles on various aspects of ESOPs and am a frequent speaker at ESOP conferences in the U.S., Europe, China and Africa. I am a former member of the Board of Directors of the ESOP Association and currently serves on its Fiduciary Committee and the Legislative and Regulatory Committee.Specialties: I specialize in serving as ESOP trustee in complex and sophisticated transactions for private and public corporations.
