As a technician, I was responsible for diagnosing and fixing a wide range of hardware and software issues on a variety of Apple devices, including MacBooks, iMacs, and iPhones. As a member of the operations team at Terminus, I was responsible for ensuring the smooth and safe operation of the park's facilities. With a strong focus on customer service, I am able to provide an enjoyable and memorable experience for our guests. My responsibilities included managing the cable park's equipment, performing routine maintenance and repairs, enforcing safety guidelines, and assisting with the setup and breakdown of the park's obstacles and features. Additionally, I helped out with special events and being the head judge for contests. Resultant of my passion in wakeboarding, I created the “Girls Ride Terminus” event series teaching ladies how to wakeboard by giving them a safe and fun environment.
