- Leads the development of the 3ZERO House in the Philippines, a flagship program co-founded by two NGOs Acted and Gawad Kalinga to accelerate impact towards Zero Exclusion, Zero Carbon, and Zero Poverty- Project Manager for the Next-Gen Filipino Leaders for a Zero Exclusion World, a 12-month training program for young leaders with disabilities- Organized the 1st 3ZERO Forum in the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao bringing together 200+ stakeholders for a series of discussions and capacity building activiites for over 40+ cooperatives supported by Acted, Cooperative and Social Enterprise Authority (CSEA) BARMM, Ministry of Agriculture Fisheries and Agrarian Reform (MAFAR) BARMM through the 24-month project funded by the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs- Provides sustainability lens to the organisation's program designwww.3zero.org

Teaches sustainability reporting frameworks and trends to master's students taking up MS in Sustainability Management

- 2022 - Launched SM Green Finds, the first retail-wide program to introduce more sustainable products for customers, piloted in several retail companies including Kultura, Baby Company, SM Home, SM Fashion, Ace Hardware, Watsons, SM Stationery, Sports Central, Signature Lines (Levi's), Pet Express - Led the first Integrated Reporting of SM subsidiary Atlas Mining
