Capture POD is the leading photo booth company in South Florida. In the time I worked there, I began as a client manager and was promoted to a graphic designer. Handled all client management, from booking to delivery of product. Coordinated with event planners and served as liaison between them and office staff. Designed graphics suite for all clients, including proposals for corporate clients.

• Manage all lease negotiations/renewals.• Assist with monthly rent collection, tenant eviction, and all other transaction records.• Assist in resolution of tenant-employee issues.• Provide administrative support to the Community & Assistant Manager and leasing staff.• Perform all secretarial and clerical duties such as typing, answering calls, making copies, faxes, etc.• Assists in planning and executing leasing activities in an effort to prevent vacancy.• Schedule appointments, process mail, order supplies. • Assist with resident requests, maintain filing system.• Prepare and compose letters, documents, emails, memos, invoices and spreadsheets.
