The head of department is directing and coordinating the work and assigns tasks to employees in the department. Main duties are: - Managing, directing, organizing and coordinating the work of the department;- Developing and proposing a work plan of the department and taking care of its realization;- Following the regulations and other general acts of the local government and taking care of their applications;- Ensuring cooperation and participation of the public institutions representatives at the municipal level in creating activities- Maintaining the appropriate level of contacts with domestic and international organizations;- Implementation and monitoring of the action plans through development projects and building of partnerships;- Establishing and strengthening cooperation with local, regional and national institutions, agencies, foundations and organizations;
