Responsible for driving growth of Identity Group's revenue by managing the sale of Identity Group's holistic suite of products and services along with managing key client relationships while increasing Identity Group's offerings within those relationships.

As a territory manager, I travel daily between Colorado hospitality properties. I consult with a variety of departments within the properties to maintain and grow my incremental sales. Those departments include housekeeping, banquets, food and beverage and engineering. My territory consists of 121 hotel properties that vary in brand and size and by contract. The properties I work with are primarily located in downtown Denver, up I25 to Fort Collins and up I70 to the mountains (Vail, Beaver Creek and Aspen). I utilize the information in SAP to identify any sales gaps, compose annual reviews for properties, track orders, dig into material information, check customer's credit, identify high margin items vs lower margin items and more. I utilize our CRM to enter daily call reports & opportunities, update contact info, and identify any pending projects or quotes. Supplier partner relationships are a large part of my success. I make joined sales calls with supplier partners and do annual trainings with them to ensure I am up to date with the latest products in the market.
