I received my Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Lindenwood University in May of 2018. During that time, I spent two years as a founding member of an organization to help advocate against Sexual Assault and Domestic Violence. Currently, I am the Psychosocial Rehabilitation Supervisor where I coordinate groups for people who have severe mental illnesses and outreach in the community. For over two years I worked as a Program Specialist for ShowMe Healthy Relationships teaching diverse groups about how to create and maintain a healthy relationship. I've worked many years advocating and being that support for survivors of DV. I am very passionate about helping others and providing comfort to those who are in need. In my free time I volunteer as a troop leader to the Girl Scouts in NE Kansas and NW Missouri. I also have a Human Sexuality Postbaccalaureate Certificate through the University of Minnesota. Since 2020 I started a small business where I create my own greeting cards and sell them at local events in Kansas City. During that time, I have made great connections and relationships with people through open communication, as well as improving upon how I market myself and my product. For times that help me destress I weight lift and enjoy listening to podcasts on relationships, dating, and human sexuality.
