Innovative and exclusive production technologies allows to design and manufacture high level custom made implant. Based on the unique anatomy of the patient and instruction/direction of the surgeon we offer not only custom-made design but also custom-made functionality. This includes bio-activation of the implant by covering them with synthetic bone or bio-passivation by smoothing/polishing until 50nm roughness (Ra<0.05μm) and covering with hard ceramic coating. The bio-activation and bio-passivation can be applied at the different part of the implant.Recently, our team developed a technology to cover the implants with antibiotic and anticancerous drugs. This technology enables to control the drug delivery in the body for the design period of time and achieve its desired therapeutic effect wtih minimum side effects.We are always looking for new medical techniques to provide the patients the best and safe results.
