In my role as the international sales coordinator at Six Ámes, I oversee the entire sales department, reporting directly to the CEO. Some of my responsibilities include: • Daily coordination with agents across established markets: Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium• Directly engaging with Rest of World (ROW) customers, maintaining robust communication channels and selling our collections• Coordinating sales to key accounts and maintaining close communication with them as well• Actively scouting for opportunities to expand the brand into new markets, bringing new agents on into the team and successfully onboarding them • Contributing insights during collection and price meetings, offering detailed sales perspectives and feedback crucial for upcoming collections• Participating in strategic meetings to align sales initiatives with Six Ámes' overarching strategic direction• Organizing Six Ámes' participation at the Copenhagen International Fashion Fair, including inviting customers, agents, and representing the brand during the event• Organizing international sales meetings quarterly, two online and two in person Given the company's smaller size, I collaborate closely with other departments, particularly Marketing and Design. Collaborative initiatives with the Marketing department have been a focal point with the aim of creating stronger connections between the company and our B2B customers.

During my internship at Baum und Pferdgarten, I had the opportunity to immerse myself in two distinct departments, providing me with a deep understanding of their roles within this dynamic industry.Initially, I joined the sales department where my responsibilities included:• Assisting the sales team during showroom appointments in Copenhagen and undertaking ad hoc tasks at the end of sales campaigns• Active participation in brand activities during Copenhagen Fashion Week (Fall/Winter 23 Fashion Week)• Supporting in-season sales activities, for example preparing the collection for brand trips to Paris• Managing daily requests from B2B clients, global agents, and distributors, involving analysis of stock levels and furnishing product-specific information• Coordination and oversight of sample lend-outs to Key Accounts as per requestsFollowing this experience, I transitioned to the PR department, where my tasks encompassed:• Coordinating gifting initiatives for press and influencers, providing support during their visits to the showroom• Assisting in brand events, including collaboration launches and collection shoots (Pre-Spring 24)• Offering support to the PR team through various communication-related tasks• Monitoring in-house collection stock and coordinating sample distributions for magazines and stylists• Regular reporting on social media metrics and press-clippings on a weekly and monthly basisOverall, I am very thankful for this immersive experience, as it has laid the groundwork for my journey in the fashion industry.

As Student Assistant for Study Success, I have the responsibility to aid and organise initiatives that support students throughout their study journey at Hotelschool The Hague. Tasks associated with this position include:- Analysing the performance of students in different courses by looking at various KPIs- Developing tools to support more than 200 students throughout their study journey - Ensuring for smooth communication between Study Success and various stakeholders - Evaluate the success of initiatives and critically analyse their continuation

Within my time as Vice-Chair of Student Council, I have had the pleasure to lead a wonderful team alongside the Chair of Student Council. The following tasks were associated with this position:- Being actively involved in the welcoming of more than 600 students for the New Semester Arrival at Hotelschool The Hague - Improving communication with various stakeholders on campus including Board of Directors,Bachelor Management Team, Core Teams, Marketing department, Placement Office, Study Progress Coordinators, Student Council Amsterdam, Co-Determination Council and Student Associations- Leading and caring for the wellbeing of the team members and help develop their skills for their roles in the council- Standardising and digitalising processes in the Council to ensure for efficiency- Ensuring the voice of the students at Hotelschool The Hague is heard
