I am a physicist, and (interdisciplinary) research is my passion.I have had:Experience summary:- two years of experience in semiconductor industry (SiC MOSFETs, accelerated testing techniques and corresponding data analysis);- 11 years of research experience in the field of nanomaterials (carbon nanotubes, graphene, various nanocarbon structures, metal phthalocyanines, nanocatalysts and ferroelectric thin films), their optical spectroscopy (Raman, PLE, absorption) and synthesis, carbon nanotubes sorting techniques (ATP, DGU), and calculation of carbon nanotubes vibrational and thermal properties; advanced experience in data treatment with MATLAB, Maple and Origin software; basic experience with X-Ray crystallography, scanning probe microscopy and scanning electron microscopy of different nanomaterials; - 6 years of postdoctoral experience before joining industry;- 27 articles in the international peer-reviewed journals indexed in Web of Science and presented at 20 conferences;- 8 years of various teaching experience at the university level and 5 students under my personal and independent supervision.
