These experiences have made me passionate about new challenges and have helped me develop a strong ability to adapt and be flexible when dealing with different people in various environments and situations.During my undergraduate studies in Materials Engineering, I had the opportunity to train and develop strong analytical skills, with attention to detail and focus on problem-solving and decision-making based on critical and rational analysis.After graduating, I had the chance to work in the area of Project Management and New Cosmetic Product Development, leading projects for the company’s strategic clients (in the Brazilian, LATAM, and European markets).Currently, as a project manager at Farmanguinhos/Fiocruz, I am responsible for leading technology transfer projects for strategic medications for the Unified Health System (SUS) through Productive Development Partnerships (PDP), program led by the Brazilian Ministry of Health and signed between public institutions and private companies.I can confidently say that Project Management is a field I deeply identify with due to its dynamism, challenges, and the fact that it always generates something new and positive. For this reason, I chose to specialize in this area through an MBA at the University of São Paulo (USP).However, as a very curious person driven by challenges, I am highly motivated to learn and explore diverse experiences, discover new possibilities, and work in different areas that can contribute to my personal and professional development.My great purpose is to positively impact people and environments through my work.
