Teams of 3 to 40+, multicultural, onsite and remote (mainly Poland, India, China).- Project Initiation and Planning: creation of the project plan and schedule, selection of the resources, creation of the quotation and budget, project preparation and kickoff.- Project Execution: follow-up/control of the production (schedule, quality, and budget), reporting and delivery to the customer.- Project Closing: finance closing and post-mortem.
