Automotive Aftermarket Division (AAD)My current role is AAD Marketing Team Leader for Russia and CIS region. As cross-functional Marketing Team leader I’m responsible for the full alignment of marketing strategy, all activities and initiatives with local specific of Customer needs, global business strategy and division efficient and profitable growth in collision repair and industrial segments. As product marketer I’m responsible for the full marketing mix for 3 key categories: Abrasives; Fillers, Adhesives and Sealers; Masking products. I have more than 10+ years’ experience in different marketing roles in international companies in pharma, building/construction and medical industries.I'm good at product marketing, brand marketing, marketing strategy, marketing researches, team leading, project management and cross-functional communications.I’m result oriented, structured, stress resistant and good team player. Main responsobilities - Strategic planning and multi-channel marketing rolling out including growth programs, digital campaigns, brand building campaigns, loyalty program execution according company business strategy and local specifics for Russia and CIS region- Market data analysis and customer insights gathering and analysis - Portfolio mix execution and new NPI process leading in order to be align with customer’s needs, and profitability targets- Pricing management in terms of factors combination as appropriate profitability level, pricing corridors, competitive analysis, market expectations- Marketing budget planning and control - Demand planning and forecasting- Cross-functional efficient cooperation

Infection Prevention Division (IPD)Responsible for marketing mix, budget split and delivering growth results for the business. The IPD portfolio includes solutions for operating rooms in hospitals, immobilization products for traumatologists, low-temperature sterilizers for central sterilization departments and stethoscopes Littmann for solving auscultation needs of professionals.Main responsibilities - Situation analysis, marketing plans and growth programs development- Marketing budget planning and control - Marketing researches and analytics - KOL management, market education and development (seminars, conferences, demos, approbations, etc) - Key account programs development and implementation in collaboration with sales team- Pricing strategy development in compliance with local market specific and company guidelines
