Coordinating and facilitating operations tasks and helping to create and maintain the culture at Omega Mechanical. Some core tasks include hiring for manpower needs, regular blogging, video production, photography, content creation across several platforms, event planning, bbudgeting, fundraising and internal communications among other projects to help facilitate general HR tasks.

-> Managed Twitter and Facebook postings, minimum 1 per day for each through hoot suite -> Collaborated with supervisors and graphic designers to develop outreach materials including a tent, a banner and a brochure-> Developed awards program to engage students from grades 5-12 in sustainability initiatives -> Created 4 page volunteer orientation document, which included 24 month outreach plan and strategy for ‘how to engage with people’ -> Contributed to 2 monthly newsletters by writing articles and formatting with MailChimp
