I lead consulting projects and teams, from scoping and designing to execution and delivery, in different fields (Communication, Communities, Change Management, Human Resources, DE&I, Training and Education) in Logotel, a service design company headquartered in Milan, with offices in Paris and Madrid. I worked on national and European projects as a research fellow in HOC-LAB, a multidisciplinary laboratory on multimedia communication and innovative teaching, at the Department of Electronics and Information of the Politecnico di Milano.Working closely with the IT team I contributed developing tools and services which were tested in three main fields: support to aging population (City4Age), educational models (EDOC@WORK 3.0 and PoliculturaExpo, focusing on digital storytelling) and young adults training (European Badge Alliance).I took part as a speaker in academic conferences and events, presenting research results in Italy (Lecce, Faenza, Salone del Libro in Turin) and abroad (EduTechChallenges in Barcelona and Brussels).

I contributed to Corriere Sociale, the web section of Corriere della Sera dedicated to the themes of Corporate Responsibility and the Third Sector; I also wrote on social and literary issues for the local press (NOI2, in Milan) as well as on a national level (l’Unità weekly).
