CurrentI lead consulting projects and teams, from scoping and designing to execution and delivery, in different fields (Communication, Communities, Change Management, Human Resources, DE&I, Training and Education) in Logotel, a service design company headquartered in Milan, with offices in Paris and Madrid. MAIN TASKS:- Project management: I’m responsible for defining the project mission, objectives, KPI, timeline, budget, and deliverables, as well as assigning tasks and roles to the team members - Client relationship management: I communicate regularly with the client, the team, and other stakeholders, considering every meeting occasion as an opportunity for development and caring - People management: I take care of the development of colleagues and their relationship with the company, from onboarding to growth paths, supporting their careers- Quality shaping: I oversee the quality of the work, ensuring that projects meet the client's expectations and requirements, in a manner consistent with the principles of impact, sustainability, originality and innovation- Business development: I am capable to seize business opportunities in clients
