- Coordinate full-cycle recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screenings, interviews, and offer letters.- Collaborate with subsidiary heads across all six subsidiaries to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions - Manage onboarding by completing necessary paperwork, conducting company tours, and creating their signatures.- Introducing new hires to the company's culture, policies, procedures and send them Influence Handbook.- Coordinate with IT and facilities to ensure new hires have the necessary tools and access on their first day.- Manage Zoho system tasks, including conducting Zoho orientation for new hires, creating and deactivating user profiles and updating employee information.- Order and handle the design and printing of the required business cards.- Handle the activation of access cards for the new hires, and ensure that all required certificates are issued to candidates who complete the internship program.- Manage medical-related tasks, including the medical claims process, handling addition and deletion batches, and resolving issues such as approval requests and medication adjustments.- Handle the offboarding process, including deactivating the employee’s Zoho profile, ensuring the completion of all required exit paperwork, and the resignation steps.
