Relate to the customer, delivering the service as agreed, and maintaining the relationship, to ensure the continuity of the contract. Relate to the managers of the functional and operational areas to ensure that the activities of supply, and sales, are integrated with other parts of the business. Also supporting Sales Manager of Packaging, Porous, Components and Filter division.Inventory, market research and development of new business, international trading.

Responsible to coordinate a team and all the AIR/ SEA and Road operations - inbound / outbound from IJS customers in Campinas region, reporting directly to the account managers and the regional director from IJS Campinas Region.Project coordination, implementation, commercial (Looking for new clients and providers), contract, finances, KPI, mapping and improvement, risk management, operations, armed escort, vehicle tracking, milk run operations, supermarket and cross docking, control programmed or SPOT cargo pickups, control of all cargo pickup/delivery, rental stationary trucks, state control of vehicles, damage to cargo and insurance, quality of customer services, processes and procedures with road carriers, INFRAERO, EADI's, IJS customers and staff.
