During my journey, I worked in several media outlets. My first experience was at Vertra Imóveis, where I had my first contact with teamwork and CRM and Design tools. There I produced content for social media and had the experience of working at a Startup.After that, looking for new opportunities, I started in the Customer Service position at Intersector, there I maintained contact with customers and worked on problem solving. After 3 months of experience, I was invited to become a Customer Success Leader, acquiring more responsibility for managing time and the success of customer service.In 2022 I will begin my stage in Content Planning at Pelando. Once again working in Startup where I learned a lot about processes and times. In content creation, I worked on planning posts for Instagram, Facebook and X. I also had the opportunity to work on creating content for Tiktok! I currently work at Fastdezine. I started my journey working on a Linkedin campaign, I became a specialist in executing profiles, creating lists through Sales Navigator. After gaining experience, I was invited to Campaign Management, where I maintain contact with our clients and am responsible for the success of prospecting via Linkedin. In addition, he currently works as an SDR Leader and works on qualifying and prospecting leads for Fastdezine.
