I was responsible for the entire spectrum of HR strategic planning and operation for five agencies: Be—it Agency, One Health, Changers, Republic, and Solutions for People. I led the company’s efforts to attract, develop, and retain the best talents in my role.

- Held classes of Academic and Professional English for students and University staff, applying various innovative approaches.- Designed, developed, and implemented training programs "English for IT", "English for Business", and "Self-coaching in learning languages".- Prepared learners for TOEFL, IELTS, CAE, and PET exams.- Assisted students in participating in international exchange programs (Erasmus Mundus, Work &Travel USA, Fulbright Graduate Student Program).
