I run my own Private Clinic since 2020 as Counselling Psychologist conducting psychological online therapies. The therapeutic interventions I used were based on a range of psychological modalities (Cognitive-behavioural, Humanistic Integrative Psychotherapy, Gestalt, Energy Psychology), to develop an understanding of the presenting problems within the context of the family, wider systems and early life experiences, whilst being mindful and embracing of any presenting protected characteristics.

Delivering expert and quality online, remote CBT interventions to adults experiencing mild to moderate mental health difficulties. Also conduct high quality risk assessments and implement any appropriate risk management strategies in line with the company guidelines and service provision. I use a "blended model" as our CBT sessions take place via our app by video, chat and our iCBT programmes.

Since 2011 I have been teaching Psychology modules. I taught part of the “Energetic Psychology Therapy Specialist” course in the Victoria Cadarso Team Institute, and in the “Master´s Degree in Humanistic Energy Psychotherapy and Enneagram” for the IPEPH Institute and European University Miguel de Cervantes of Spain. Both online and in face-to-face modalities. The subjects that I have taught are as follows:• Stages of development• Gestalt psychotherapy techniques• Transactional Analysis Techniques• Emotional Freedom Technique• Stages and treatment of bereavement, loss and grief. Furthermore, in November 2012, I designed the strategy for launching the online programs of the Victoria Cadarso Team . Since then I was in charge of the online division, managing the teacher´s team, tutoring students, grading exams and supervising internships .

Victoria Cadarso Team is a private clinic formed by a team of Psychologists proving psychological therapies to all. I worked collaboratively with service users on a consistent, weekly basis. The therapeutic interventions I used were based on a range of psychological modalities (Cognitive-behavioural, Humanistic Integrative Psychotherapy, Gestalt, Energy Psychology), to develop an understanding of the presenting problems within the context of the family, wider systems and early life experiences, whilst being mindful and embracing of any presenting protected characteristics. Furthermore, the psychological formulation would assist me in developing and implementing appropriate psychological interventions fitting with the presenting problem and psychological and social circumstances of the client; and address the systems relevant to the maintenance of the user’s presenting problem taking the client’s perspective into account. Engaging service users in planning and evaluating assessments, treatments and interventions to meet their needs and goals was always of utmost priority and importance. During the therapeutic process, I would evaluate interventions with users to modify the formulation and intervention in response to evaluation feedback. Moreover, I would often signpost to enneagram group therapies or self-development workshops, as a part of the therapeutic process.

Assessments and triage contacts in cases with complexity and high risk, to identify depression and anxiety, in order to choose the best treatment option within the service.Completion and supervision of making decisions about the patient´s care.Clinical therapy with clients presenting with low to moderate depression and anxiety disorders, within a brief therapy framework informed by Counselling for Depression, solution focussed and cognitive behavioral led techniques.
