I am a dedicated Psychology student at the University of Cincinnati, pursuing a certificate in Non-Profit and Community Leadership. I am passionate about creative and outside-the-box approaches to improve people’s lives through accessible programs and resources. My goal is to empower individuals to build self-awareness, improve their mental and physical health, and connect with nature and supportive peers. Currently, I assist in the facilitation of group art therapy sessions for patients with movement disorders such as Multiple Sclerosis and Parkinson's disease, helping them express themselves and build confidence through the creative process. Through this internship, along with my experience fostering animals and engaging in community involvement, I have developed strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and a commitment to uplifting communities.
