• Meet & assist at Cairo airport the Company's clients• Accompany clients in transfers from and to Cairo• Assist clients in check-in & check - out from hotels• Accompany clients in tours• Handle customers from A to Z in the trip• Contact Airlines, hotels, and ground transport to make suitable arrangements• Make alternative arrangements for customers who have had their trips interrupted by unforeseen issues• Ensure that the tour is well organized• Book or confirm all meals and accommodations required by the company• Have experience with reservation issue.

• Handle inbound holidays packages for groups and individuals• Prepare quotations and itineraries• Make arrangements for transport, Accommodation , tours and activities• Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers• Respond to any Questions , needs and desires to guests and follow up with guests to ensure their requests have been met to their satisfaction• Use the computer database to research information about hotel accommodation fares and hotel ratings• Deal with payment
