FMCG / Production / Agro Holding- Lead the preparation of financial reporting IFRS on monthly / quarterly / yearly basis, reconciliation with budget and forecast, preparation of factor analysis, comments on variances;- Lead the preparation of management reporting pack to the Board of Directors / shareholders (including Sales, HR, Agro, Production reports) on quarterly / yearly basis; - Controlling the preparation of weekly KPI reporting for top-management; Controlling the closing period by schedule;- Lead the external audit of the group of companies (Big5), - Annual budgeting support;- Acceleration of the closing period (from 28 days to 12 days);- Automatization of financial reporting (PowerBI, SQL request to data base/ERP/excel/sharepoint);- Transformation accounting and consolidation reporting according to IFRS; Optimization of financial reporting preparation process; Preparing policies and procedures;- Financial decision support of opening foreign representative offices; Control of accounting and reporting in foreign representative offices;- Support in valuation of business, obtaining credit funds, trademark re-registration, restructuring of company (with Legal team).

Retail / Pharmacy Holding- Lead financial team (Planning, Treasury, Accounting departments);- Development and implementation the management and financial reporting;- Development and implementation the PaymentSchedule, Cash Flow management (daily); Ad-hoc management information;- Creation and implementation of KPIs model for departments and financial model of business results for top-management; Creating Excel Dashboards & interactive model; Financial valuation of investment projects;- Building budgeting process, prepare the annual budget in cooperation with the line managers;- Develop and implement the company’s organization and financial structure, internal control system, policies and procedures; Tax optimization; Improvement of cash flow management, payroll processing, management reporting tools for the business;- Business processes automatization with IT department (controlling the data transfer from ERP "Galaxy" to ERP "1c8" / checking and setting up processes in the new database).

Medical / Insurance Holding- Report to Investors (RussiaPartners (Moscow) / Siguler&Guff (New York));- Taking control of cash flows (daily control of payments, cash flow forecast); - Financial IFRS and management report to investors; Ad-hoc information to Investors; - Adaptation financial system to Investors requirements, cooperation with local CEO, CFO, Chief Accountant; Created detailed internal classification and codification of budgets and financial reports according to American standards in Healthcare and adoption in business processes; - Budgeting & Forecasting (on annual basis), variance analysis, KPIs;- Creating an asset management system (Lead th Investment program for assets, Supervised the stock-taking, Assets balances and moving controlling); - Decision support for Strategic & Investment planning;- Business processes automatization (controlling the data transfer from ERP "1c7" to ERP "1c8" / checking and setting up processes in the new database).
