• Performing complex tasks of public procurement of the company in accordance with the Law on Public Procurement and by-laws, other regulations and normative acts of the company • Making of decisions and conclusions in public procurement procedures, preparation and publication of public procurement announcements • Participation in work of the Public procurement commissions through preparation of tender documentation, clarifications, amendments of the tender documentation and other actions in public procurement procedures whose estimated value requires the participation of a certified Public Procurement Officer• Participation in tender opening and expert evaluation in public procurement procedures whose estimated value requires participation of a certified Public Procurement Officer• Preparation and conclusion of public procurement contracts • Taking actions in legal protection procedure• Preparation of the annual procurement plan, amendments of the procurement plan, and quarterly reports in the application software of the Public Procurement Office of the Republic of Serbia• Being up to date with legislation and professional literature
