Leading communications and outreach for the project which involved 18 participating UNICEF country offices and representatives which led to 640 proposal submissions in a span of 1 month. 2. Supporting the role of Project Head for the planning and execution of the Youth Innovation Bootcamp - from logistics to marketing, taking on several roles and assignment along with a supportive team of 5-7.3. Leading communication and outreach efforts, relaying programme specifics and managing deadlines with stakeholders from the UNICEF host office in Malaysia to 18 participating countries, participants, mentors, suppliers, trainers and guests.4. Hosting and managing the needs of participants, organising and ensuring that the "chaperone system" was in place and appropriate logistics support the specific needs of youth participants (few of whom were minors). -
