About Marina Baracat
I have 25 years’ experience in leading banks. For the last eight years, I have been strongly dedicated to the development and implementation of the Business Continuity Program in my organization and leading projects related to cyber-resilience. Previously and for many years, my area of professional development was Information Security Awareness and the value of having a good business continuity plan. I am currently co-coordinating BCM Forum, during 2021 I was leading a task force with other leading banks to carry out a joint cyber-resilience simulation exercise. My purpose is to help organizations to be more prepared for possible disruptive events and keep growing professionaly in my area of expertise in leading companies.
