The SUCTI project is a three-year initiative funded by the European Commission’s Erasmus+ – KA2 Strategic Partnerships for higher education, with the goal of empowering administrative staff with knowledge and skills related to their university’s internationalisation process.

In charge of protocol and public relations at Al Akhawayn University in direct collaboration with AUI President. Organization and supervision of VIP visits, campus tours, production of the university’s Protocol and Etiquette Manual, supervision of events management and set up of an AUI public relations strategy, amongst others.

Coordinator of the Communication and Development Office of AUI, linked to the President’s Office and composed by three units: Internal and External Communication, Events Coordination and Communication via New Media. In charge of institutional agreements with industrial, governmental and academic partners; of the communication with the AUI Board of Trustees members and of the follow-up of institutional projects.

Unit of the Department of Development and Communication, responsible for the good flow of communication within the different components of the university (students, administration, faculty and staff). Set up of structures for the improvement of this communication: suggestion box system, internal newsletter, Faculty and Staff newsletter, university TV information channel (teletext), publication of calendars and annual agendas, informational posters, institutional e-mails and web site contents. Internal Communication also comprises the advising of the student publications (in French and English) and of the student radio and TV.

Unit of the Department of Development and Communication, responsible for the organization of all congresses, seminars and institutional events of the university. Contact person for external companies or organizations wanting to organize events at AUI. In charge of managing the organization of events: risk-management, problem-solving, and coordination between the different services involved.
