I bring a unique blend of experience from both the public and private sectors, particularly in education. My career began as a teacher and evolved into roles such as international master teacher trainer, part-time university professor, and author of award-winning national and international projects organized by Microsoft, Intel, and USAID.In my work as an EdTech consultant, through my company 'I Am Learner', I have been involved in a number of projects. For example, I developed the methodology and specification for an Alternative Model of Interdisciplinary STEM Learning for a major project in Uzbekistan, creating a model that enabled the Uzbek government to implement major changes to STEM teaching in secondary schools without having to resort to large scale curricular and other changes. This work is ongoing in Uzbekistan. I have carried out important evaluations of prestigious European projects, including a longitudinal evaluation of the Scientix 4 Project (Europe's largest STEM teaching community) as well as evaluation of the Teach Europe project. I have taught at two universities, The Institute of Pedagogy and Balkan University, mentoring students in interdisciplinary learning Computer Science and publishing articles with renowned journals like TEM, Elsevier, and Springer. My work includes developing educational games using cutting-edge technology, notably creating "Grandma’s Games," which earned top awards at national, European, and Global levels at Microsoft Olympiad in Washington DC for my interdisciplinary approach to digitalization and implementation of traditional forgotten games.I also recently undertook an in-depth evaluation of the website of a nature conservancy organization in Scotland, with the aim of ensuring that the website meets all education, safety and security requirements, and also ensuring the educational value of the video and text resources on the site.In Macedonia, I was part of the team that created the National Digital Learning Strategies and Learning Platform, providing a computer for every student and training teachers to integrate technology into the classroom.As the founder of the NGO #FriendsOfEducation and the EduConference, I continue to bridge education and technology, founding the Easy4Teachers Academy in Scotland. I have also contributed to a major interdisciplinary STEM curriculum project at the University of Edinburgh.I hold a PhD, MA, and Bachelor of Science in Pedagogy and FINKI from the University "Ss Cyril and Methodius," North Macedonia
