All work environments I've ever experienced, like MTV Brazil, Trip magazine and Box1824, are built with cutting-edge thoughts, based on the desires and changes promoted by young people.In 2014, I started Ovelha, a digital magazine for women who don't fit in media's stereotypes. With a fun and irreverent content, we deliver information and inspiration to help our readers live a more happy and empowered life. Besides developing the website, I manage a team of 30 female professionals (among writers, illustrators, designers and photographers), write and edit posts and take care of all little details that involves the administration.I am also involved in social projects involving creativity. I promote a event called Pupunha Ink - http://pupunhaink.com, which stimulates the act of doodling by people, either as art or as a form of expression. I did a speech about this project in 2012, at TEDxJardins (Brazil).As a trend forecaster, my mission is to translate all the events and news happening in the world today. I develop innovative brand strategies through a detailed research and analysis of social and culture patterns, focusing on new technologies, business models, consumer insights and the individual motivations behind every decision-making.I'm able to create sustainable and insightful results, managing the client expectations with passion and creativity.
