This includes providing support in event coordination, logistical support and of course, managing key tasks of the front desk department, such as personalised customer service, booking management and efficient problem solving.My background in digital marketing allows me to combine my hospitality skills with innovative digital marketing strategies, giving me a holistic view to improve customer experience and increase brand visibility.I consider myself a creative, empathetic, observant, proactive person with a great capacity for teamwork, leadership and attention to detail.
