Assigned as an English teacher in grades 6 & and 7, maintaining two grades consisting of almost 200 students. Teaching Literacy (Phonics and reading comprehension) to the class at an underserved school in Laalbagh. Building strong relationships with parents and other external stakeholders to provide effective help for learning and behavioral issues and to improve attendance.Building a strong classroom culture of student voice, grit, empathy, and curiosity by curating a curriculum that addressed various social and global issues like gender, disabilities, bullying, and its consequences.

-Working with RIMES to analyze AQI(Air Quality Index) data.-Generate Meticulously detailed reports on findings.

-Assisting students with book recommendations. -Operating the loan and return software of the library.-Analyzing current book loaning trends to produce monthly reports for the library authorities.
