About Marina Hramkova

Having pursued BSc in Psychology followed by MSc in Organisational Psychology, I have always been interested in helping individuals and companies develop and grow, bringing out the best in them. While studying for Masters degree I joined one of the UK's fastest growing digital marketing companies as their first Russian speaking SEO specialist. I then joined a London-based digital innovation agency as an early employee. I helped to recruit tens of digital specialists, increase its revenue, define its positioning and grow client base from startups to scale ups and enterprises such as Unilever, Barclays, Camelot, Admiral, British Museum, etc.During my time at the agency I set up and ran series of pitching and networking events across Europe, bringing together local investors and international startups. I am now working as an interim digital marketeer for a unicorn startup, while pursuing transformational coach qualifications. As well as one to one coaching, I'm willing to combine my organisational psychology and human-centred design knowledge with my experience of working with startups and corporate teams.
