⭐️ I led the end-to-end redesign of a time-tracking tool and collaborated with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product management, to deliver a user-centric product:✦ Planned and conducted user research methods adapted to business constraints and objectives to identify user needs and inform the redesign process ✦ Collaborated with front-end developers, product manager and tech lead to deliver creative, user-centered design solutions ✦ Ideated, produced and presented deliverables such as user flow, high-fidelity wireframes, and concept designs✦ Created the visual design and high-fidelity mockups, following WCAG standards to ensure accessibility ✦ Created an interactive prototype to show transitions and micro-interactions ✦ Conducted usability testing and made design iterations based on user feedback⭐️ I led the design of the minimum viable product for a job searching mobile app, focusing on creating an intuitive onboarding process:✦ Facilitated a UX discovery call and brainstorming sessions to define the product direction, identify key priorities and map the course for design and development efforts✦ Created the visual design (colours, fonts, buttons, icons, illustrations) and implemented a design system library ✦ Produced design solutions and deliverables such as wireframes and mockups and iterated based on client feedback, taking into consideration development efforts⭐️ Besides these, I provide UX consulting and support to other design agencies and startups and I worked on some e-commerce websites, performing UX audits, improving the layout and optimizing the conversion rate. Collaborating with start-ups, I am used to adapt to various business constraints and tight deadlines.⭐️ I also worked on the UI design of a language learning mobile app, for which I implemented microlearning and gamification techniques to deliver an engaging learning experience.
