The functions of my job at W Agency are - Supporting and assisting partners (advertisers) during working hours;- Setting TORs for employees, with prioritisation of tasks, deadlines and quality control of work performance;- Optimising the schedule of internal and partner meetings;- Ensure reporting from advertising and promotion departments to clients;- Constantly looking for the best ways to promote and optimise advertising strategies;- Controlling the timeliness of payments;- Cost accounting and company budgeting;- Create and maintain internal company materials to facilitate the onboarding and adaptation of new employees;- Working closely with the sales department and developing promotional products to promote W Agency.

Promoting the bar has been an invigorating experience for me.During the project, I was able to formulate a strategy forpromoting the bar and a concept for social media, find partners such as photographers, videographers, and designers for brand realization, and launch the bar's PR campaign before the kitchen opened with the help of community and event marketing.- Find reliable event organisers and create a regular schedule forpromoting events.- Organise and host over 100 events targeted towards the bar'saudience.- Develop efficient work processes and a reporting system forthe bar.- Achieve full payback for the project within sixmonths.- Cultivate a pool of regular guests who will bring their own party.All of this must be accomplished with a limited advertising budget and a small market of guests and staff.
