Greeting guests, checking them into the hotel, providing vital information on hotel amenities, anticipating and responding to guest needs, listening and resolving complaints, and providing excellent customer service  Promote positive image of the hotel and ensure guest satisfaction  Ensure proper training to team members.  Monitor departmental cost and control amenities and expenses  Attend to crisis or emergency situations and perform service recovery  Record detail of events in duty manager log book and take necessary actions.  Supervises reception personnel to ensure optimum occupancy and average room rate for purpose of maximizing revenue.

Reporting directly to the President and CEO, providing executive, administrative, and development support to the President and Board of Directors, as well as the Senior Leadership Team and HR. serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the senior management; organizing and coordinating executive outreach and external relations efforts; and oversees special projects.

Management: Lead others and work effectively with store crews, Supervise, assign and direct activities of the store’s crew, Effectively communicate information to store crew and supervisors in an open and timely manner, Execute actions plans for operational and service improvement  Customer Service: Assist customers with their questions, problems and complaints, Provide colleagues personalized customer service feedback and coaching, Handle all customer relations issues in accordance with company policy, Promote a positive shopping experience for all customers  Merchandising/Presentation: Price merchandise, Stock shelves, Reset departments following POGs adapting them to a particular store, Organize and execute the display and signing of weekly, major promotional and seasonal merchandise, Organize display and maintenance of off-shelf merchandise  Loss Prevention: Control use of register keys, securing door keys, alarm codes, and safe combinations, Complete random cash verifications; journal tape checks; analyze Cashier Analysis Report, Administer, monitor, and react to Internal Loss Prevention programs and systems
