Team leader, founder and director of the company, more than 20 years of experience as a lead design engineer for highways and main state and city roads (eg Design: Inner Magisterial Semi Ring in Belgrade with the Ada bridge over Sava River) and interchanges (eg Design: Batajnica interchange on the E-75 highway) and road rehabilitation projects for many national roads. Leading projects worth several million euros, always with the implementation of health and safety measures and environmental protection goals. Managing numerous multidisciplinary including bridges, structures and utility installations.Apart from the last 14 years, spent developing a private company, previously, for 6 years, I held the position of director of the Belgrade branch for one of the largest road design companies in Serbia (Road Centre of Vojvodina a.d.). There I managed a team of 30 employees, mostly engineers, managing and implementing contracts, negotiating with clients and subcontractors, organizing and monitoring the implementation of work and managing the development of projects.In construction supervision started in January 2011 as the Construction Supervision Manager/Deputy Resident Engineer for the Southern Approach Roads to the "Ada" bridge over Sava River in Belgrade, under the terms of the Yellow FIDIC. I managed a team of 15+ engineers during the entire duration of the design and construction supervision contract, 3 years, leading by Louis Berger Group. I completed the contract in the position of Resident Engineer, managing construction supervision for the last 7 months until the end of the contract. From the beginning to the end of the construction, I have signed the construction site diary and book, and other relevant documentation, according to the Serbian legislation.Since December 2010, I have used all the above experiences for the development and growth of my private company Panpro Team doo (https://panpro.rs/).I would also mention my experience of supervising the FIDIK as engineer for contract in the construction of the Bridge over the River Sava near Ostružnica, 2016-2021, Project Biro Utiber doo.Almost all my references had English as the primary language.Now, I am ready to move on, and to use the skills and experience gained from managing my company, in a new challenge.I am looking for a position in a team for large projects of state importance or of great importance for private investors, which can make me a better professional, and in which I can contribute with my experience and knowledge.
