I've worked with the organization's project management, advising the technical teams and analyzing ongoing projects. Social projects in the organization cover the areas of infrastructure, education, sustainability and management and entrepreneurship. I've coordinated a group of excellent professionals who help the development and growth of impact projects in Florianópolis. In 2020 we have prepared the organization's Project Management Procedure and the unification of its documentary steps in a single follow-up worksheet, the which contains work tabs that goes from the Project Opening Term to the Final Report. Also, I have actively participated in two projects, "Uma Mão Lava Outra" and Água Consciente", both included in the Infrastructure axis. A rewarding teamwork!

As general director, I was responsible for the organizational and strategic management of the nucleus, formalization of partnerships, organization of meetings, immersions and strategic planning and implementation of the Fiscal Council. I worked as a volunteer in technical engineering projects and specific actions with the mission of promoting social changes based on sustainable solutions. As a trainee, I developed the hydrosanitary project for the Costa de Dentro Community Center (CODEN) and participated in the creation of the composer at Educandário Santa Catarina.Joining this organization and being able to contribute to social changes in Florianópolis was one of the most rewarding attitudes of my professional and personal life!

I work as an environmental consultant specializing in hydraulic and sanitary systems adapted to construction and production systems, with solutions aimed at each proposed personality, be it residence, commerce or industry.I develop from complete hydrosanitary projects to each of the systems separately, such as Rainwater Harvesting System, Hot Water System (heating by solar panels, etc.), Local Effluent Treatment System, Rainwater Drainage System, Solid Waste Management and improvement the efficiency of the hydraulic system through techniques and technologies that promote a reduction of up to 60% in monthly water consumption and optimization of the use of materials for the work / enterprise.Each solution is designed with the objective of reducing the use of environmental and economic resources, based on technical knowledge and experience in the process of regularization of environmental agencies, standards and technical drawings.

I worked in the Department of Planning, Management and Projects at COMCAP with the development of hydrosanitary projects and technical reports to municipal agencies, for the purposes of executive adaptation and regularization of recyclable waste sorting warehouses.As an intern, I followed the collection and sorting processes for recyclable, tailings and organic waste, with participation in seminars on solid waste management and technical visits.Working with a team motivated to improve the waste management in the capital was an inspiration for professional and personal deepening in the area!

I developed a Rainwater Harnessing System project - for drinking purposes - in a Pig Teaching Unit (UES), under the concept of animal welfare, to be built at the Experimental Farm of Ressacada (UFSC). To obtain the best efficiency of the system, I evaluated, using the NETUNO® software, the potential of saving water from the public network, the ideal volume of rainwater reserves and the economic viability for the defined and projected layout.As a result, the project returned potential to reduce 75% to 96% of water from the concessionaire in animal production sheds and 55% in the support structure and access to the unit. The economic analysis of the implementation of the systems returned positive net present values ​​in four warehouses, a confirmation of the feasibility of execution and financial savings.In addition, I designed the building's hydraulic system for sanitary effluents and carried out a design study for the swine manure drainage network at UES.This project was an inspiration to seek ever more efficient buildings!

I worked on the adequacy and elaboration of fire prevention projects, basic architectural design and other systems of the University Hospital of Florianópolis (HU). I helped the survey process, developed reports, projects and spreadsheets as an intern.I worked with topography, civil engineering and architecture professionals, which expanded my knowledge of construction dynamics!

I worked with technical drawing in AutoCAD and assisted in the analysis of architectural, hydrosanitary and fire prevention projects. I followed the regularization processes with the Health Surveillance, Fire Department and Municipal Secretariat for the Environment, Planning and Urban Development.Period of immersion in building regularization processes!

I worked on the project “The Coastal and Sea Defense Civil Engineering Project” through the study and analysis of coastal areas at risk of flooding and erosion.I performed soil analysis, data collection, interviews and analysis of existing defense structures. Through teamwork, we develop engineering solutions to reduce the existing risks, between retaining walls, gabion walls, sand replacement on the coastal strip and reallocation of residences.Rich exchange of knowledge between teachers and students!

I worked with the monitoring of a sequential batch membrane bioreactor (BRMBS), with collections and laboratory analyzes in the project “Sanitary Sewage Treatment System Using Membrane Bioreactor with Treatment Near the Generation Site”.I followed the development of the doctoral work of Dr. Tiago José Belli, with the objective of evaluating the efficiency of removal of nutrients and carbonaceous matter in different ages of bioreactor sludge, as well as its treatment performance, the relationship of membrane clogging and strategy process optimization.Great experience!
