As a Sanitary and Environmental Engineer, graduated from the Federal University of Santa Catarina and with an MBA in Environmental Auditing, Expertise, and Management, I have specialized in eco-efficient projects, water reuse, and environmental resource management. I am driven by the mission to transform the construction market in Brazil by valuing sanitation through efficient projects, sustainability, and active dialogue with the public, partners, and clients. With great fulfillment, I am now the co-founder and lead Hidroconecta, a company committed to simplifying access to efficient environmental solutions and ensuring that our cities are prepared to face the climate future through the promotion of sanitation and a strong connection to quality of life. With a diverse team led by women, we strive to develop and connect innovative and sustainable solutions to people, condominiums, and companies, always focusing on assertive and transparent service. Our portfolio includes the design of water and sanitation projects, resource management, and improvements in residential buildings, condominiums, and companies, as well as the supervision and management of construction and process optimization. My current purpose is to scale the promotion of quality sanitation and sustainability through communication and raising awareness about the importance of environmental preservation. Recently, I have been a speaker at events across different sectors, aiming to simplify and demystify sanitation for everyone.Additionally, as a female engineer, I support gender equity initiatives and work to encourage more women in technological fields, such as what we have been doing with the Minatech Program, where I am an ambassador and have contributed through lectures and connecting other professionals to discuss female representation in engineering and the importance of ensuring that sustainability is a part of every professional journey. If you share this vision or seek partnerships to transform sanitation and the environment, let’s connect! 🌱
