I implemented and managed company’s first time International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), while organizing training programs for staff members to communicate key features. I relocated sales and marketing incentives, accounts receivable, and P2P functions from Latin American offices to Apple Shared Services Center for improving efficiency.
