About Marina Lois
As the co-founder and director of Bengo Media, we have been helping organisations build relationships with their audiences through the power of podcasts (audio & visual!), audiobooks and radio programmes for over six years. We have a passion for creating engaging and impactful audio content, from strategy and concept to production and distribution. Love my co-founder @Steveaustins as I do (have the wedding ring to prove it!), we've decided dividing and conquering is the best way to serve our clients (and avoid divorce!), so I look after everything 'non production': Business & Product Development, Marketing, HR & Finance.In addition to my podcast and audio work, I am a property manager with 12 years of experience in overseeing a portfolio of commercial, residential, and mixed-use properties in London and South Wales. I have also run two successful holiday let apartments in Cardiff, which earned me the Airbnb Superhost certification from my first to last day.
