As an acquisition assistant for partner and non-partner studios and independent distributors:- Negotiate titles for streaming and linear programming, doing rights management (Pay, TVOD, SVOD) for exhibition.- Carry out the confirmation process of the titles from the confirmation report, preparation of the necessary documentation for issuing the CRT and registration in the IBMS system.- Management and review of licensing contracts with the studios.- Support internally the need of other teams regarding content - such as delivery of materials, exclusivity, exhibition rights, availability of titles and the need for content for special projects and marketing actions.As national acquisition assistant:- Support in the analysis and curation of films and projects;- Negotiation, drafting contracts and support in reviewing and discussing drafts;- Support in the process of sending documents for signature and filing;- Support in the creative development of Product Placement;- Review of registrations of titles, changes and general controls.- Feeding Portal, Power Bi and Control Spreadsheets.

- Management of Pay, TVOD, SVOD rights of the partner studios' titles (Universal, Fox, MGM and Paramount).- Support to negotiations of content acquisition.- Management of contracts with the partner studios. - Management of titles confirmation process.- Support to the internal demands of the programming, OTT content, service and marketing teams.
