Hi there! 😊I’m a motivated professional with a passion for technology and project management, always seeking new challenges and opportunities to grow. I’m organized, proactive, creative, communicative, and focused on delivering impactful results.In July 2022, I successfully completed a Java course at Instituto Proa, which marked the beginning of my journey in the tech field. Later, I worked in Data Analysis and as an IT Apprentice at Banco BV in 2023, where I contributed to projects, daily tasks, and dashboard development.Currently, I’m in the final semester of my Analysis and Systems Development degree and work as a Salesforce Functional Analyst at Multiedro. In this role, I support the project manager in organizing and executing initiatives, such as creating roadmaps, preparing kick-off presentations for clients, and managing tasks in Jira. I also assist in developing Salesforce solutions and providing client support to ensure projects and processes run smoothly and efficiently.I hold a Scrum certification from CertiProf, which complements my experience in agile methodologies and project management. I’m always eager to learn and embrace new challenges that allow me to grow professionally while contributing positively to the teams and projects I’m part of.
